Handmade Jewellery Swap

Image
Handmade Jewellery Swap at CK Creative Korner had a Handmade Jewellery Swap. I found a great tutorial about how to make jewellery out of washers ~ yes washers from the hardware store!  I made a pendant, and ribbon necklace "collection" for my partner, lol. Thanks to Home of the Sampler, and Cathie and Steve for their awesome tutorials. http://homeofthesampler.com/howtos/smallobject.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-94pom-i1Wc&feature=PlayList&p=FC533FE282029ACA&index=0&playnext=1

Baby Blanket

It was like knitting with a cloud! Confetti yarn is so soft and plush. It knit up fairly quick x 5 balls, and I used Vanna yarn for the crocheted picot edging.

Fall Topiary

Image
At Creative Korner, we had a Fall Table Topiary Swap .  I made two, and wished I had kept one for myself.  The materials are fairly inexpensive.  As you can see, the mini-lights are battery operated.  The orange and green jelly beans looked awesome in the warm glow of the mini-lights.

Jingle Bell Wreath Ornament

These little wreaths are easy and inexpensive if you buy the bells at Michael's NOW, not during the Christmas season!   http://www.allfreecrafts.com/christmas/jingle-bell-wreath.shtml
