This recipe is very easy and surprisingly tasty, with just four ingredients. You can use lean ground beef, turkey or chicken. I chose ground turkey, and now this is my total fav! There are numerous variations of Carreteiro recipes on the internet, depending on the region. I'm hooked, and love that it's healthy.
